I really hate it when I make snap decisions without putting a whole lot of thought into them (I suppose that was rather redundant). I volunteered to be a presenter at the Portland SWUGN Summit on July 10th. Now I’m sitting here kicking myself. I’ve never presented before and am now questioning my decision (or sanity). Why am I telling you all this? Because I’d like to hear from those of you who have done public speaking or been a presenter of some sort. I’m going to be presenting on Sheet Metal, so if you’re a SolidWorks user and have some pointers, or some things that you’d like to learn about, let me know. I’m quite comfortable creating sheet metal parts. It was what I chose for the advanced modeling section of the CSWP exam. I just want to make sure that my presentation isn’t boring, y’know? So, please give me some tips. Public speaking isn’t one of my strong points…
