Hi Jeff,
I did the same thing for my Space Navigator, but every time I launch SW I have to reassign the button to the macro. The macro is still available, but I always lose my button mappings, even though I specifically save the configuration. ugh! Any help very much appreciated.

Yes, I was able to. I recorded a macro of just hitting the 's' key and mapped it through the 3Dconnexion panel.

Let me know if you continue to have trouble and I'll double check how I'd did it.

Jeff

-----
Sent from mBox Mail
Hotmail for iPhone and iPod Touch
http://www.fluentfactory.com/mboxmail

________________________

Dave,
If there's a memory leak, I haven't experienced it. As for the driver question, that's false. After writing this post, I ended up on a phone call with one of the software guys at 3DConnexion who told me he, and his team, were working on the fix. I even got to test it before release.

Jeff

I was told that there was a “memory leak” when using 3DConnexion devices causing performance issues. I was further told that 3DC does not write their own drivers but rather they rely on the software companies to write them if they want it to work for them. Any of this true?
